What visitors say

Rackell Corner

We had a 2 night stay here in our VW Transporter its an adults only site. The electric hook up pitch we had is very spacious. Its very quiet. Can get a bit breezy. The showers and toilets are clean but very small. There is also only 1 area to wash up. It was a lovely site would only want to spend a few nights here no more.

Just returned from a week on this wonderful adult only camp site. It really is a lovely tranquil site. Amazing views and great dark skies to view the constellations.Generous sized pitches separated by beautiful swathes of grasses. The toilets and showers although compact are kept impeccably clean by Michele. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Staying on this campsite was a real treat. The location is peaceful and we could watch hares, rabbits and birds from our pitch. The grassy pitches are a generous size and well spaced, so we never felt on top of our neighbours. The owner is friendly and approachable. The facilities are 2 toilets each for men and women and two showers. These are cramped but kept clean and they were functional with a good adjustable shower. The kitchen has one washing up sink and other cooking equipment and an ice machine. The approach road is narrow and we met a number of cars when we arrived which required some reversing and careful driving and our van is only small. The bus service along the main road to Winchester and Alton is excellent and we used it a number of days to reach other places. The railwayline is interesting too. Having no children and no dogs on a campsite felt wonderful.

A great find, beautiful views, quiet, peaceful, away from it all. Very large pitches, excellent facilities. 2 male and 2 female toilets, 2 shower pods, and the best equipped kitchen we have come across in our travels - microwave, ice cube maker, and most importantly very clean. We will bring bikes next time but good walking group trails nearby. Very quiet country lanes are like your own bike trails. Rural Hampshire at its best - a rare find, we loved it and have already booked again.
