Called Mooreacers personally as wanted 2 pitches together so thought it would be best to speak to them and explain as I havnt seen my son in 6 months so we wanted to be together The lovely man went off and checked and came back to me and said he could do that for us he sent us the link to pay £140 for a motorhome for 2 nights and a caravan for 2 nights all great until we turned up, there is no one there to greet you so I called them and he told ne I was on pitch 5 and my son was on pitch 4, sounds great.... but then we realised that pitch 4 +5 are not next to each other they are back to back with a fence between them, I told him I wasn't happy with this arrangement his answer was well that's all there is, bearing in mind there was only 1 other caravan on the site, so I explain again about the reason I rang him because we wanted to be together but no, so I asked him for my money back so we could go somewhere where we could be together, his reply was you have to give 2 weeks notice for your money back, but I only booked it a week before, but he was having non of it, yes I agree I got very angry and did swear at him, but it was because I was so frustrated because he knew when I booked it that he wasn't going to put us together and I don't think that's very fair of him at all But lessons learnt so definitely won't be going back

A lovely quiet caravan/campsite with spacious pitches, clean toilet/shower blocks. There are a couple of goats and ponies there to stroke. Excellent value for money, will remember for the future. Updated... returned back again as was nice and relaxing

Good location, quiet but with easy access to motorway. Decent size pitch. Car allowed on site. Showers were good temperature. There was enough showers and toilets whilst we were there. Never had to wait.

Stayed for the first time last night. Easy access in, beautiful large pitches. Views amazing, watching the pony's playing was great! Saw amazing wildlife. 20 minute walk to a great pub serving fab food. Peaceful and tranquil. Can't wait to return! Hidden Little gem.
