Anchor Cottage

Anchor Cottage works well for couples, small families, or friends wanting their own space near the beach. The two bedrooms—one with a king bed, the other a zip-and-link that converts to singles on request—sleep four comfortably. There's one bathroom with both a bath and walk-in shower, and the whole property is yours alone, with level access throughout and nothing to climb.

The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking: electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, and breakfast bar where people tend to gather. French doors from the dining room open onto a decked terrace with a firepit and barbecue, beyond which sits a lawned, enclosed garden. Freeview and Netflix are available in both bedrooms and the living room. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi come as standard; if you're bringing a dog, they stay free and there's a welcome pack to match.

Hayling Island itself has beaches and local attractions within reach. You'll have private parking for two cars and a bike store. The property doesn't allow smoking. Check-in is after 15:00 and checkout before 10:00.
