Hayling Island Retreat

Hayling Island Retreat is a ground-floor mobile home on Hayling Island Holiday Park, sleeping up to six across three bedrooms and a bathroom. Everything you need for a coastal break comes as standard: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all factored in. The main bedroom has its own ensuite, while two further bedrooms contain single beds, making the layout work well for families or friends sharing.

The open-plan living space and kitchen occupy the heart of the home, with large patio doors opening onto a decked veranda—a genuine place to sit with a coffee or eat outside. The kitchen is properly equipped for self-catering, with a gas hob and oven, microwave and full-sized fridge-freezer. An electric fire takes the chill off cooler evenings. An on-site heated swimming pool (shared with other guests, open 09:00 to 17:00) and a separate jacuzzi section add a leisure dimension for families. One parking space comes with the property, and one dog is welcome at no extra cost.

The location puts you within reach of Hayling's beaches and coastal walks, plus Funland Amusement Park and Beachlands leisure facilities locally. Portsmouth, Chichester and the South Downs are all accessible for day trips. Please note there are a few steps in the grounds, and the property is non-smoking.
