Beautiful park. Everything was so clean and tidy in the accommodation and around the park. The accommodation was very comfortable, modern and had everything we needed. Including free WiFi.The staff and owners were absolutely amazing people. The location of the holiday park was perfect. Lovely restaurants, pubs and beaches nearby. Would most definitely recommend to anyone. And we will definitely visit again.

Amazing one week stay in one of the Hamlet lodges, furniture and everything seems very new. We were lucky we had amazing weather too the week we stayed, arrived Saturday around 5pm, the reception was locked but understandable since it was a quiet period and family run, called the number and was quickly attended too. During our stay the lodge next door already had people but they checked out after a long weekend, so for 5 days we had the lively quietness of the countryside, felt like the holiday park was all to ourselves. Great location and very nearby to lovely seaside towns and villages. The lodge itself was equipped with all you need, washing machine wasnt stated on the website but there is one. Down side was there's a dishwasher but no tablets, so bring your own. Wash up liquid, a hand towl and kitchen towel was provided, sadly no spare bin bags after you go through the current one. Glady we brought spares. We stayed in the lodge for 4 people, and yes everything was in 4s, plates, bowls, cups, glasses and cutlery. Just need to remember to wash them otherwise youre doomed for your next meal. Sadly no coffee machine, we brought our own pods, but nevermind. The rooms were spacious, including walk jn wardrobes that can fit 4 people. In the garden, sadly the firepit wasn't there, but hot tub and sauna were great, sauna itself isnt as hot as the ones you get in the spa, just to say. Overall great time spent in Cornwall and will definitely come back. Finally to add, its also dog friendly lodge so we loved it even more when we could bring our dog with us. He loved it too.

Arrived as soon as walking into reception the young girl with good customer service. called over for a gentleman to come to see us this gentleman was very rude obnoxious and ignorant. I think he’s the owner or manager. He told us where to go. we drive to the plot after we put the day tent up and tent box up he stormed over saying you have to move to it tents have to be on the left of the car bearing mind my tent was on the roof of my car the day tent was on the right we said why did you not tell us in reception he said we was rushing him. After I explained this he said I have not paid for two tents I say I’ve not got two tents he then said you can only have one tent and only one ground sheet I then said I only have one ground sheet my tent is on the roof he then stormed off and started to ask the person next to me to move his tent. After all the travelling this is the last thing we needed. Another member staff shouted all dogs must be kept on leads because mine was around the tent I respected it and kept her on the lead all the time. The next night a Labrador run around the side of the car attacked and bit my dog my my daughter chased it off we was told later that the owner as a Labrador, which I believe this is a dog in question and gets out quite regularly as it was seen out twice by itself in the four days that I was on,it’s a weird place. I can laugh about it now. he was a strange one. Anyway the site was a good site everything you needed pub shop toilets showers pool washing machine dryers, et cetera. good site. You will all meet me. Strange chap in the pub as he does his quiz and karaoke. He’s not a bad entertainer for the kid he should keep to it. Be cause he’s got no customer service personality or respect for adults. Beautiful place for stargazing

Booked the Hamlet lodge through Hoseasons... 1 week before we had a call saying the owner upped the price and we had to pay it or the holiday would be cancelled so ofcourse we paid the £221 difference to then recieve a phonecall when we were half way to our holiday(2 adults and 2 kids) completely cancelling it because the owners had phoned hoseason and told them it was no longer available for us. Utterly disgusting.
