Higher Trevaskis Caravan Park

Might seem strange to give this 5 stars on areas but only a 3 star rating. I am going to be honest as always, Access to the site is easy enough a 5mph speed limit must be adhered to. Staff at the site are all really friendly and helpful, the price for the pitch was good. The site itself is the best part mostly flat and even, very good large pitch sizes which have areas which are enclosed for a little more privacy which is nice. The location for Hayle and beaches is good, 5.mins drive down through Connor Downs, 12 mins to Godrevy. 40 to Eden project, Lost gardens of heligan, The thing that i think lets this site down is the 10 amp leccy and toilet block. With the leccy, we had to flip the breaker on the box at least twice a day this was just boiling a kettle. The toliet block area is dated but kept very clean, if the site was busy, 2 mens 2 womens and 3 unisex showers you may need to plan your times. The shower block is at the bottom of the site. Like always, would we stay there again. Well one reason we were there was our family all live in Hayle. So possibly, but i would look at alternative sites with better electricity and shower block, despite these facts this site it is a nice site. Oh and it is good for a sunset.

Great site, Dan & Co very welcoming, showed us to our pitch on arrival. Very well maintained site with lovely clean toilets and showers( you can even listento the background radio station whilst having your shower!! ) . Great washing up facilities. Very peaceful and quiet site, we will definitely be returning. Thank you Dan and Co for a lovely 2 night stay. We will be back. Paul & Clare

Amazing site lovely setting , small kids playing area perfect size . Pitch size very spacious not cramped in . Plenty of water stations . Nice site shop . Add bonus fish and chip van every Wednesday . And not forget the toilet and shower block ,amazing to have a family room with wet room toilet and two size shower and a change table.all the shower and toilet block are spotless And it’s dog friendly.Be here now for three years running . Definitely be back again can’t wait .

It's a beautiful place if you like please and quiet. The toilets and showers are very clean. Cleaned once a day and nice to have a shower with listening to music 🎶. One thing is that the wfi is a bit weak at times. The owners are very helpful and make sure you are settled in and if you need help with anything .I hope to come again.
