Beautiful site. Spacious field with fabulous wild areas left uncut for wildlife to thrive. Peaceful with lovely countryside views. I’m sure the collection of animals are hugely popular with families, especially as you can buy food from the honestly shop to feed them. There are even handwashing facilities right by the animal paddocks. I haven’t had a chance to try the cafe yet but I’m looking forward to breakfast there tomorrow morning! The shower and toilet block is kept spotless. I will definitely be back 💕

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They allowed us to leave our tent and small camper trailer on the last day to come back for later, as we wanted to spend some more time in the area. Non-electric pitching is very relaxed, with a wide choice of any spot in two fields. The site is so quiet and tucked away- not ideal if you want to walk to the beach but there was so much to do locally so that didn’t bother us much. We did day trips to St Ives, St Michael’s Mount, and a beach day at Kennack sands- only a few minutes down the road in a car. The showers are basic, with no adjustable temperature. However, we were grateful for the hot water and cleanliness of both the showers and toilets. I would definitely recommend visiting the chickens and donkeys and picking up a bag of feed from the honesty shop- it was so much fun for both us and the kids! The honesty shop is so well stocked with sweets, fire kits and more. Altogether an affordable, hidden gem that still felt so peaceful even in May half term week. We will be coming back next year!

Fantastic campsite, lots of space, lovely hosts. Pizza night was great, homemade tasty and well priced. Highly recommend buying some feed from the shop (65p a bag, bargain!) and have a great experience feeding the friendly animals. Great location, 10-15min drive from some fantastic spots to visit. Looking forward to coming again!
