Built as a contemporary detached house, Coire Sealladh sits on the edge of Roy Bridge in the Scottish Highlands, a quiet setting that opens onto views of the Grey Corries and surrounding peaks. The building is laid out entirely at ground floor level, with all accommodation in one easy flow. Four double or twin bedrooms each have their own shower room and toilet, while a fifth bathroom serves the main living spaces. A private sauna sits adjacent to the master bedroom.
The heart of the property is an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area where deep leather seating faces into the room. French doors lead out onto decking and a lawned garden with sitting furniture; the garden is fully enclosed. The kitchen has everything needed for self-catering—oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave. Oil heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. Parking is available for three cars on the property.
Roy Bridge sits within walking distance of a pub, roughly 10 miles from Fort William. The village is set among foothills and glens, making it a base for exploring the wider Highlands. One dog is welcome to stay free of charge. The property is not suitable for smoking.
