Moy Cottage

Nairn's position on the Moray Firth coast makes it worth the trip on its own. The town sits in one of the Highlands' sunniest spots, and the beach—golden sand, dunes, low-lying—is a short walk away. The waters here are home to bottlenose dolphins, which locals and visitors spot regularly from the shore or on boat trips. Beyond the beach, the area has real historical pull: Cawdor Castle, a 14th-century stronghold with substantial gardens, is a short drive off.

Moy Cottage is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom property sleeping up to six, arranged over ground and first floors. The ground floor holds a living and dining space with a woodburner and smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine, plus a kingsize bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom. Upstairs are two further bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with two singles—and a second bathroom. A front garden has seating and furniture; there is parking for one car on site. Essentials like bed linen, towels, wifi and electricity come as standard, and the woodburner is set with initial fuel. The property does not permit smoking.
