The property, a Victorian crofter's cottage thoroughly updated for modern living, occupies its own mature garden with decking and a separate enclosed front section. Four bedrooms—two doubles and two singles—sit across two floors, with two bathrooms providing adequate facilities. The ground floor holds an open-plan living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with electric cooking, and a utility room with washer-dryer.

Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are covered, along with Wi-Fi throughout. A woodburner provides additional warmth on winter evenings (logs supplied October to February), and you can cook proper meals rather than relying on takeaways. There is private parking for one car. The enclosed garden and decking make a reasonable outdoor space, though this is not a property with extensive grounds. Children's equipment including a travel cot, highchair and stairgates are available if requested in advance.
