Old Town of Aigas sits on the ground floor with a king bedroom and en-suite, while two further bedrooms and the family bathroom occupy the first floor. Downstairs the living room has a wood burner and smart TV; the dining room opens onto a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge-freezer. A utility room houses the washing machine. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included, along with initial fuel for the burner.
The cottage overlooks the River Beauly, with an enclosed garden offering patio seating and views across the surrounding landscape. There is parking for two cars on site and a bike store. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available. Aigas Field Centre, immediately next door, runs guided nature walks and wildlife tours through the Highlands; the river itself is popular for fishing and birdwatching. Glen Affric is a short drive away for hiking. No smoking throughout.
