About Barns Campsite

Barns Campsite sits on Kinchyle Farm between Nairn and the Moray coast. The pitches are generously spaced, and the facilities—particularly the showers—are well-maintained and reliable. Lovely campsite, very friendly owners and had a great stay. Garry is a lovely man despite being 27yrs old but weathered by Scottish highland life. :) Fabulous local produce available on site, highland coos and lamas in the next field and wonderful views. Toilets and showers were spotless. Only minor thing it's a 1 hour walk to town or a £7 Uber but can't fault this place. Metered electric is game changer and all sites should implement this idea. Would definitely come back. Cheers Garry.

Absolutely cracking site. We stayed for 3 nights in our tent. Facilities are top spec, showers have great pressure. Would highly recommend

Very clean site, toilet blocks were also spotless but the showers could have been a little warmer. Play park for the kids and a family room to sit in with games and books.

Fantastic spot for staying over, we just had one night but the facilities were great, the pitches are well laid out and the welcome was warm. Will definitely stay again to explore the rest of the site.
