Glencoe Mountain Resort Campsite

Stopped here on a whim looking for lunch. We didn't even have lunch! We jumped straight on the chair lift and went sledging. Took in the absolute beauty of the surrounding area and had an Irn Bru in the cafe at the top. We had a blast of a time then came back down. This is where we stopped for some food and they had. The. Nicest. Mushroom soup we have ever eaten. The staff were fantastic, the food delectable and the views where otherworldly

Great location for doing the west Highland way or other hillwalking. I stayed in a micro lodge, was warm with lots of space and having the kettle there for guests is really helpful. Views were good even for us in the fog so must be spectacular on a clear day! Toilets are clean and showers are nice and hot. Also there are lots of good evening walks for hikers to do from the site. Great place, would definitely recommend to others and will definitely come back.

Great one night stay in a microlodge, May 2026. Can only speak for the camping and cafe, as I didn't do any activities. Staff were friendly, helpful and the food was lovely - cracking Scottish breakfast! The lodge was cosy with a mini radiator, kettle and 3 pin plugs to be able to charge electronics. Plenty of nosy folk kept coming up the door while I was in there, which was annoying but that's people being people, intrigued by the novelty look of the lodge 🙂

Great small campsite in a convenient location. You can pitch anywhere on the grassy area near the bottom shower/toilet block. It was £1 for a five minute shower. Showers and toilets were decent. There is another block further up which we never used. There's a small dry room higher up near the cafe place for both males and females. It was tiny and I had to squash my boots and jackets in, but it did dry my coat and fleece fully. There's food/ drinks in the cafe bit. Food was decent. There's shared tables in there, so you may not necessarily get a table to yourself, but there was enough space for everyone. There's plenty of activities on offer here, however, we stayed here while walking the West Highland Way so didn't give any of these a go. There's also a massive carpark where campervans can pay to park overnight and for cars. There were huts you can pay to stay in too. Finally there was deer on the moorland around the resort!
