Maes Carafanau Penbryn Caravan Site

Really lovely campsite. The facilities are so clean and spacious. The pitches are huge too. Lovely people running it. My children loved the football pitch, play ground, and space to run around. I loved the chickens! I was very impressed with the site and I would definitely go back. Its location is great for exploring!

We had a week here and loved it. What a beautiful site, well laid out with roomy pitches,water to each pitch which was brilliant. Facilities are absolutely stunning, we've toured for many years and these are excellent, faultless. Great location for sightseeing or just sitting and drinking in the atmosphere. Hosts Zoe and lolo were welcoming, helpful and friendly,willing to help if needed,and we unfortunately needed 😂. We'll definitely come back and definitely recommend to family and friends. Thank you for a really great week.

We had a fantastic stay at this campsite/caravan park and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The area is absolutely beautiful, with stunning surroundings that make it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The site itself is exceptionally well maintained, spotless, and clearly cared for by the team. The facilities are excellent, with clean, warm showers and the added convenience of fridges and freezers available for guests. Everything was kept to a very high standard throughout our stay. One of the highlights for us was the secure dog field, which was perfect for letting our dogs off the lead to have a proper run around safely. There is also a football pitch and a great park for the children, making it ideal for families as well as dog owners. The site also puts on some fantastic activities and attractions. During our visit there was a mobile bar and a waffle cart, which added a really fun and unique touch. My little niece also loved having face gems and hair braids done by two lovely girls on site. It's definitely worth checking their Facebook page before your visit to see what events and activities they have planned. Overall, this is a wonderful campsite with beautiful surroundings, fantastic facilities, and plenty to keep both adults and children entertained. We would highly recommend it and will definitely be returning in the future.

Absolutely fantastic caravan park! We had such a wonderful stay and couldn’t have been more impressed with the facilities and atmosphere. The shower block was spotless, modern, and exceptionally well maintained – probably one of the best we’ve experienced. The playing field was a huge hit, providing plenty of space for children to play safely. A lovely added bonus was the mobile bar being open on a couple of evenings. The whole site is beautifully kept, and it’s clear that a lot of care and attention goes into making guests feel welcome. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly holiday in a beautiful setting on Anglesey.
