Brilliant Property, recently stayed with 10 family members and there was more than enough room, loads of space. Garden is fantastic with stunning views. The teenagers and adults love the games room, lots of family fun. The house has everything you would ever need, there are also so many lovely added touches that we haven't seen before. Nick the owner is super and we will absolutely be going back again.

A great house for a large family gathering. Loads of downstairs space and a wonderful garden. Lots of equipment for food prep and plenty of glasses and crockery - there was 15 of us! All the bedrooms are en-suite and all a good size. Situated in Horton-in-Ribblesdale at the base of Penyghent it has wonderful garden views. Can highly recommend.

Brilliant campsite. Really welcoming host, Nick has provided a superb facility. Amazing location and spectacular views to Pen-y-ghent. Toilet and shower spotless. We stayed in our campervan and had the best time.

Superb location for great walks and easy access to train line. Lovely well appointed house with lots of extra touches like a good coffee machine. Superb WiFi through out, even in the out house games room. Easy to cook meals but got a welcoming pub, The Crown, 400m away. House was lovely and clean with the ability to unpack and hang clothes. Would thoroughly recommend.
