We arrived and there was only a short queue to check in, and the staff on reception were friendly and welcoming, which got our visit off to a good start. We went to the bar first, but unfortunately the bar staff didn't seem like they wanted to be there. In particular, the guy behind the bar with glasses seemed very disinterested, and his responses were quite lacklustre, which wasn't the best first impression. When we got upstairs to our bay, we realised some of the golf clubs were missing and there weren't any spare ones available nearby. We ended up having to play with only two clubs for the whole two-hour session, which was a bit ridiculous. One of the biggest issues was during the golf games. There were so many balls left out on the field that almost every shot we hit ended up colliding with other balls, meaning they rarely went where we aimed. The robot ball collector didn't seem to clear much at all, so it felt pretty pointless. I think you'd be much better off using the traditional ball collecting cart, as it would clear the field much faster and make the games more enjoyable. Another thing that let the experience down was the cleanliness. The sofas were covered in so many unpleasant stains that we didn't even want to sit on them. Overall, we still had a fun time, but there are definitely a few things that need improving: - Make sure every bay has the correct number and variety of golf clubs, along with a club stand. - Clear the golf balls from the field more frequently so the games can be played properly. - Clean or replace the stained sofas. With those improvements, it would have been a much better experience.

Went for a networking event and it was really good fun! The driving range had a variety of games which kept it interesting, and the outdoor mini golf was great and well maintained! I'd definitely go back with family and friends!

“Such a good time golfing! The whole experience was fun, relaxed, and stress-free, making it a perfect day out. The staff are really friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference. The course itself is easy to play and great for all abilities, so whether you’re just trying golf for the first time or want a casual game, it works really well. It’s also very family-friendly — great for kids and for a fun day out together, especially since it’s located right next to Gripped Hounslow, so you can make a full day of activities. One of the highlights is the interactive screens that track your scores and offer a variety of game modes, which makes it more engaging than just a standard round. The facilities are clean and well looked after, including the toilets, and there are plenty of areas to sit and relax before or after your game. They serve alcohol too, at fair prices, which is a nice extra touch if you’re there with friends. Pricing for golf is around £11 per person depending on the package, which I found to be good value for the experience. Overall, it’s a really enjoyable and affordable activity for families, groups of friends, or even a casual date. With friendly staff, modern features, and a welcoming atmosphere, I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for something fun and different to do.”

Great place to spend a Sunday morning. Me and my daughter took advantage of the 50% off and played both mini golf courses. The decor is amazing, the courses are clean. Good customer service. Food is professionally presented, my daughter loved the milkshake. Chicken burrito bowl was great although needed a few more tortilla chips.
