What visitors say
Had a fantastic week in one of the cabins it was spotless really enjoyed it with fantastic views not a lot on the site which suits me as we love somewhere quiet to relax, the Bull Inn down the road was great, just a short walk good food and good beer , but if you fancy a longer walk, like we do The Ship Inn in Red Wharf Bay is about a 40 minute walk and well worth it would highly recommend, got to love Anglesey 🤗

Start with the positives. Easy access and beautiful location. Very nice walks in vicinity. Free, if erratic, wi-fi. For permanent static van users this appears a lovely site. For tourers, the pitches and toilet/ shower facilities are amongst the grimmest we have encountered over many years and miles across the UK and mainland Europe. Price went from advertised £20 per night for motorhome pitch with electric to £25 when booking in. Toilet facilities dirty, poorly maintained and no hot water to showers in gents despite 20 pence charge. Mould on walls and ceilings and erratic power supply. Not cleaned in 4 nights we were there. Despite many attempts could not contact site staff during stay. They have offered a refund when contacted on return home. Real pity as this could be a lovely site for touring vans. PS. Since writing this review monies were returned as promised by owner.
