15 yes ago we purchased a static van on Plas, unfortunately it,s with a heavy heart to say this was our last year,if we had our time over,we were 15ys younger and there was a tidy road from S Wales to N Wales we would do it all again without hesitation. We have had some wonderful times up there and have enjoyed every minute of it,so has our son and his family our granddaughters really loved it up there, it's been a special place for us all and will be sadly missed,(alas all good things come to an end ) As for the site it's in a wonderful location not far from the village and beach, there is also a beautiful lake you can walk around The park is beautifully maintained by the owner Neil and his son Ollie and they will help you any way they can truly a class act If you are thinking of buying a static van buy one here ,you will not be disappointed. Money grabbing owner happy to take people's money throughout lockdown when they couldn't visit the site yet will not refund leaving many in a difficult situation in a difficult time. Absolutely disgusting. Interesting that other sites across the island did offer at least partial refunds, shows you the measure of the man. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful, should be ashamed of himself to rip families and older people off.

Owned a caravan on this park for around 4 years. The owners are greedy and very money oriented and not interested in looking after the caravan owners. No reduction given during the pandemic when we couldn’t stay at the park, when the majority of other parks across Wales and other areas provided a fair discount on site fees. Grass when cut was a problem, Neil needs an upgrade on his current mower as it doesn’t collect the grass and it gets everywhere post cut. When purchased we weren’t told that we have to use his preferred provider of decking, in my experience it’s of poor quality and way overpriced. Most problems we had with our decking were never resolved. Much better parks and owners available, look elsewhere.

Lovely site unfortunately the owner lets it down. When you are told that your caravan has 15 years on the site and then when it is 14 years old you are told that you have to leave because he classes the year of manufacture as one full year. You are cheated out of a year in your caravan. Buyer beware is what I am saying.
