What visitors say

We have been owners on Plas Coch for the last 6 months, it’s been one of our best decisions ever and the whole experience has been wonderful The sales team to the maintenance team have all been exceptional with nothing too much trouble. Any issues or concerns have been dealt with very professionally by an excellent customer care team. The Park itself is a fabulous mix of 5 star leisure facilities, beautiful landscaping and excellent customer service. We cannot recommend the Plas Coch Park enough for stress free relaxation and a very warm and social family feel.

Great group of owners. Very safe for children. Everyone looks out for each other. Really sociable park where the people are what make it ! Like all parks they will try and sell you things. Some people can’t grasp the concept , but If you do it’s a wonderful place with great facilities and people !

Horrific, incompetent and liars. The lot of them. Scammed my vulnerable, disabled grandmother into investing thousands of pounds and ripped her off completely. Once they spouted lies and conned her, they went back on everything they said they would do. They treated her very poorly, which, in turn, worsened her physical and mental health, taking no care and consideration when speaking to her or her visitors. They eventually forced her to sell, for over half the price she bought it for JUST MONTHS PREVIOUS. There was no damage to the property either. She lost her life’s savings in this complete scam, and was told it was going to be her safe place, but sadly it wasn’t to be. My grandmothers friend had also bought a holiday home from them, around the same time, and the same thing is happening with her. I would take extreme caution with this company, and I would simply stay away before it happens to you. While the place itself is beautiful, the staff and service is horrendous. I hate to even give them one star. Stay away.
