Eryl Mor Lodge

Isle of Anglesey

View on Google Maps

A single-storey lodge built to a high standard, Eryl Mor sits near Amlwch in the north of Anglesey. The whole place is yours alone, arranged on one level with step-free access available via ramp. Three bedrooms—a kingsize with ensuite shower, a double, and a single—share the space with two bathrooms, one featuring a roll-top bath. The living and dining areas flow together as an open-plan social hub; the kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with a separate utility room housing the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside, there's an enclosed garden with decking, summerhouse, and a private hot tub. Gas BBQ and garden furniture are provided. Bikes are available for adults and children. The lodge takes one dog free of charge. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. Parking is available for five cars. No smoking inside.

Bull Bay Golf Club is the immediate neighbour, and the coastal setting makes this a base for exploring the island's beaches and headlands. Families appreciate the swing on the shared lawn behind the lodge and the space for children to play safely.

What a lovely place to stay just stayed here for 3 nights arriving on Friday night check in was 4pm an as we didn't have much space in the car with 3 adults 1 child an a dog we didn't bring any food with us. So we thought we would unpack the car an go an find a local shop to buy something for breakfast, but on arrival there was a lovely welcome pack with cereals, eggs, jam, butter, croissants, orange juice, coffee, tea bags as well as milk in the fridge an a bottle of bubbly which was a nice suprise an as it was my husbands 50th birthday we opened it straight away. I also got in touch with the owners a week before and asked them if I could order some birthday banners and balloons off amazon and get them sent there could they put them up for are arrival which they were happy to do. It all looked lovely when we got there an my husband was made up, just down the road 2 min drive there is a little town with a co-op and a nice chippy where we got fish an chips. The lodge it's self is beautiful with everything you could possibly want, we brought toilet rolls, beach towels, washing up liquid an so on with us but all these were already provided. There were lots of games an things to entertain the kids and my daughter especially loved the swing in the garden not to mention the hot tub that was appreciated by all of us even my 70 Yr old mum. There were also some free roaming chickens that came on to the decking an my daughter enjoyed feeding them, the washing machine was also very handy as I was able to come home without the usual suitcase full of dirty washing. Anglesey is such a stunning place, we visited quite a few different beaches and most of the restaurants, cafes and pubs are dog friendly. We will definitely return to Eryl Mor lodge an recommend it to anyone. There is so much more I could say about this lovely lodge situated right by a coastal path that leads you to stunning views.
