Orchid is a geodesic dome on the Isle of Anglesey, part of a small glamping site in the hamlet of Brynteg. The entire structure sits on one level, entered via two steps onto a decked area with garden furniture and your own private wood-fired hot tub. Everything happens in the open-plan interior: a living zone with woodburner and two sofa beds, a dining space, a kitchen with electric hob and microwave, then further back a kingsize bedroom and walk-in shower ensuite. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating fuel are provided; electricity runs throughout.
Four people can stay here comfortably, though the kingsize and two single sofa beds mean sleeping arrangements are flexible. The site has a shared field for ball games if you need to burn energy, and the nearest beach is roughly a mile away. Anglesey itself sits between mountains and coast, so you're positioned for both countryside walks and seaside days. The area has an RSPB nature reserve, the Anglesey Sea Zoo, and Beaumaris Castle within reach. Smoking is not permitted inside. One car can unload at the dome; parking is in a separate car park a short walk away, keeping the site quiet.
