Bull Bay sits on Anglesey's north coast, a working village where fishing boats still operate from the harbour and the Coastal Path runs behind the properties. Y Graiglwyd occupies a commanding spot here—a four-storey Victorian built in the mid-1800s as a shooting lodge, with views down to the bay from most of its rooms. The beach is less than a minute on foot. The house sleeps 14 across seven bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, so there's no queuing for showers or fighting over mirrors on a family trip or group gathering.

Spread over four floors, the property includes a games room with pool table and dartboard, a cinema room with an 86-inch screen and surround sound on the top floor, and a living space with a woodburner and French doors onto the garden. The kitchen is properly equipped—range cooker, dishwasher, American-style fridge—so group cooking is practical. Beds are kingsize in most rooms, with two singles and one double on the top floor. Heating, electricity, wifi and linen are included; one pet stays free. The garden has a decked terrace with a charcoal barbecue, and there is on-road parking for multiple vehicles. No smoking throughout.

This works well for extended families, groups of friends or celebrations needing real space. Cemaes Bay and Amlwch harbour—with their own attractions and restaurants—are nearby, and the Coastal Path is directly accessible from the house.
