About Isle of Mull Hotel & Spa
The Isle of Mull Hotel & Spa sits on Craignure Bay, close enough to the ferry terminal to be walkable for foot passengers arriving from Oban. It is one of the largest hotels on the island, with 75 bedrooms, including sea-view suites looking out towards the mainland, all designed around the colours and textures of the surrounding landscape.
The hotel's Driftwood Spa is a genuine draw in its own right, with a thermal suite, treatment rooms and an outdoor wilderness deck for cooling off between sessions. Food is served in the Oran na Mara Bistro, which leans heavily on seafood landed nearby, and the more casual Sea Deck Bar, which looks directly over the bay.
Duart Castle is a short drive away, as is the Isle of Mull Railway, making the hotel a practical base for visitors who want comfort and a spa alongside easy access to the island's east coast attractions.

What guests say
We came to Mull for 3 nights and this hotel was amazing! It was right next to where the ferry docked which was very convenient. Our room was phenomenal and the staff were so lovely (with a special shoutout to the breakfast staff - the sweetest people!). We booked one of the larger rooms with a standing tub and absolutely loved having that in addition to the rainfall shower. It was also really nice being able to order delicious food on site. We will definitely be staying here again next time we’re in Mull.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel! It’s located close to the ferry, yet quiet and tucked away, and conveniently located to visit various parts of the island. We opted for a suite room with a hot tub and it was great. The room was large and spacious and a comfortable bed, large closet to store things, a small seating area, a large bathroom with a tub and shower, and a big patio with a hot tub overlooking the water. The location of the hotels allows for lovely sunrises and a nice place to spend the evenings. While large, the hotel is quiet and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend!

Had a very lovely 2 night stay. We stayed in a deluxe sea view room, the bed and room was very comfortable. Loved chilling on the sofa in the bar area taking in the views. We ate from the bar menu both nights which was lovely and enjoyed the fab choice at breakfast both mornings. Service was great and all the staff we encountered were very helpful and pleasant. Didn’t get a chance to sample the spa as we were out all day. Thank you for a great stay!

A lovely hotel on the Isle of Mull, set on the east coast of mull. Where you can sit and watch the Oban ferry coming into port. Has lovely wooded walk next to it. We also had dinner and breakfast here and the food was excellent.
