North Norfolk's coastline draws families and groups seeking space and sea air. Holly House, in the village of Heacham, is a substantial property that sleeps eight across four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's whole to yourself, with private parking for three cars and a rear garden with patio seating and a barbecue.
The house spreads across two floors. Downstairs holds two living areas—one with a woodburner and smart TV, the other a quieter den—plus a kitchen with a breakfast bar, electric cooking and dishwasher, and a utility room with washing facilities. Bedrooms vary: one super king with ensuite shower, two kings (one with ensuite toilet and shared shower room), and two singles. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are included; logs for the woodburner are provided to start, with more available locally. One pet stays free, and there's a dog bath in the garden.
Heacham itself has a beach, a small shop, cafés and a few places to eat. The surrounding coast opens onto dunes, salt marshes and quieter villages strung along the shore, each with restaurants and pubs. The property is no-smoking.
