Sands Cottage is a single-storey property ideal for couples seeking a quiet break by the Norfolk coast. The whole place is yours alone, with a king bedroom, shower room, and open-plan living and dining space that opens onto an enclosed garden. Everything is on the ground floor, so there are no stairs to negotiate.

The kitchen comes fully equipped for self-catering, with oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. The living area has a wood burner and Freeview Smart TV; initial fuel for the fire is included. The enclosed garden has patio furniture and a barbecue. One car can be parked on the property. Bed linen, towels, electricity and Wi-Fi are provided, and dogs are welcome at no extra cost.
