Gruinard Bay Caravan Park

From the moment we arrived, the welcome was incredibly warm and personal. We were kindly shown to our pitch (number 4), with breathtaking sea views, and even got tips on where to spot the seals — and hopefully the otter too! This campsite is truly something special: peaceful, beautifully located, and run by a genuinely friendly and helpful couple who clearly care about their guests. The facilities are excellent hot, clean showers, and great washing and drying facilities which we used twice during our stay. For £33 a night, this place offers exceptional value. The view alone is worth it, but the hospitality makes it unforgettable. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a unique and relaxing spot in Scotland

Absolutely lovely campsite. Owners are friendly and very welcoming (they are new this season). The facilities are modern and immaculate. We had a pitch on the front overlooking the bay and the views were stunning and to cap it all we woke up to seals basking on the rocks in the water. We also got to see an otter on our evening walk. We liked it so much we booked a second night. Of all the sites we have stayed on doing the NC500 this is by far one of the best.

Wonderful quiet site. Right on a sandy beach. We stayed in the 3 bedroom caravan for 3 nights. Nice and clean. Owners are really nice and very helpful too

Super warm welcome from lovely hosts. Peaceful campsite with exceptional views. Immaculate facilities and everything you could need. We stopped for a night whilst travelling the NC500 but could quite happily stayed longer.
