Large holiday village in Lancashire with 100 acres, pools, zoo, multiple play areas and on-site dining.
About Ribby Hall Holiday Village
Ribby Hall is a substantial holiday village spread across 100 acres near Kirkham, offering a mix of facilities and activities under one roof. The scale is significant—this is a proper destination rather than an intimate campsite, with enough going on to keep families occupied without leaving the grounds. Accommodation is spacious and clean, with many units dog-friendly, and pitches are well-equipped.
The draw here is the range of facilities: multiple swimming pools with slides and splash zones, a zoo, several play areas, a gym, therapies, and on-site dining including fine dining and a champagne bar. There is a SPAR on site for basics. Showers are available. The village suits families with younger children in particular, and the staff are noted for being helpful. Value for money is competitive for a site of this size and scope.

What visitors say
I was invited to accompany my friend to a spa/hotel stay here last minute as someone had pulled out. My friend has a number of health conditions which ment she needed a lot of support during our stay. I can honestly say from my point of view the service here was outstanding, despite my friend being selective verbal they included her in conversations, they couldn’t do enough to accommodate her needs. I was genuinely taken aback at the service. The spa & hotel are absolutely beautiful and I absolutely loved experiencing the aqua thermal journey, I even braved the ice scrub, bucket & ice baths! I can honestly say I felt incredible afterwards. We had an evening meal, I ate off the vegan menu to avoid dairy as I have an allergy. The food was amazing, we were given the most beautiful cauliflower soup with curry oil while we waited for mains I can honestly say it was the star of the show! Seriously so tasty! The main and dessert were all equally delicious but I highly reccomend the soup to anyone vegan or not. Breakfast was just as wonderful, we had juices and fresh coffee, fruit salads and eggs Benedict. Absolutely delicious… special mention to Dan & Lewis and I want to say Ben possibly but I’m not sure basically everyone who served us from Bar, to restaurant, to breakfast (I’m so sorry if I forgot your name or got it wrong) were absolutely beautiful humans and served us to the highest of standards, nothing was too much. Thankyou for absolutely making our stay the most pleasant and enjoyable experience. I would absolutely come here again and I would absolutely reccomend everyone else go too!

We left a jacket in the room and realised it almost immediately after checking out. We contacted the hotel by email straight away, but were told it hadn’t been found. This is very odd because we are 100% certain we left the jacket in the room. The room was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. However, the oven kept turning itself off, which was very disappointing. We stayed for three days and couldn’t cook our food properly, so we ended up having to eat out instead. Because of these issues, I’m giving this stay 1 star and wouldn’t consider coming back. Lots of activities, great shops, restaurants and cafe, lots of walk area and many cute animals. I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years and have occasionally left belongings behind and they never been found and returned so I am expected the same at Ribby Hall, which is typical. If you accidentally leave something at Ribby Hall Lodges/Hotel, don’t expect to get it back basically and that’s not the hotel fault I understand that but the staff may need to be trained properly.

I came in on Tuesday to use the swimming facilities and had a great experience. I was greeted by the nicest reception, who I think was called Abbie, she made the experience for me and my family so worth it! We will definitely be back 👍

As a family of 12 all mixed age groups from 2 to 62 we had the most wonderful time. All our needs were catered for, the cottages were spotlessly clean and made our stay like home from home. We will definitely be back soon.
