A friendly residential site. Not sure if they have caravans to let. Its mostly quiet and the residents have few rules. Probably reflecting the local area in terms of people and their friendliness. Very helpful and willing to say hello. I expect the people who live there would like a bit of tarmac in the car park cos it gets a bit puddled in rain. If I had to live in a caravan I'd live here along the back edge 'cos the views over Pendle are brilliant

It's a shame it's a ONLY RESIDENTIAL as Sabden is a place to get away from hustle & bustle. Peaceful & quiet. WOULD BE IDEAL IF THEY RENTED SOME AS HOLIDAY LETS ? Not all Caravans are up-to-date, (i used to live their) in a long-term rented one. WOW! OLD is not the word. Majority are immaculately clean,tidy & exceptionally well maintained by the owners. Some of the Gardens are picturesque. THEIR ARE A SEVERAL HOLIDAY HOMES IN & AROUND SABDEN.
