Visited friends at their Lodge in this¹ retirement village perfect setting very peaceful location. Had a lovely break in the sun decided to stay on an extra day because we enjoyed it so much. Will definitely go back, even looked around the lodges for sale. Maybe one day.

Good venue. Polite friendly staff. Pleasant atmosphere. Various entertainment throughout the week; ranging from bingo, to live acts. The Puddled Duck serves great food, reasonably priced, hot and relatively decent quality too 👌

I didn't stay overnight at the park. We went for lunch at the Puddled Duck, which is on the site. Staff and people were friendly, a good atmosphere. The site itself looked well maintained and clean. If you like being in a natural environment this is a perfect spot as you can see lots of different wildlife. It's a short drive to neighbouring villages for groceries etc but there are farms that you can but produce from.

I paid £9000 as deposit on a lodge. My wife left me so could not proceed. Patrick would not refund the cash. Heartless cash obsessed. Do not deal with a business run in this manner.
