Not great at all. Giving it 2 stars because I’m nice and it’s surrounding area has nice views and is fairly quiet other than the road and also the smell was gross. We booked for a long weekend, left after one night! Advertised as family friendly and there was NOTHING for my 2 and 4 year olds, there’s a park that’s probably for 5 and overs. There’s also nothing around the site unless you drive out and look around but there’s barely anything. The onsite shop is a joke, selling next to nothing, there was some baby toys in boxes stuck to the windowsill that looked like they’ve been there 30 years. There’s just a pub on site that definitely prioritises owners, it’s also ridiculously overpriced. The caravan was okay but had nothing in it not even a dustpan and brush, the oven didn’t shut properly, I also found a RAZOR BLADE in the bathroom window!! Also lack of security as someone had definitely been in whilst we were out. Staff seem rude and abrupt, when we went to air concerns the ‘reception’ was closed, we gave up after trying to contact the site, online chat and email and we left. Would AVOID!! False advertising at its best! Waste of money.

Went for a long weekend with my partner, on arrival it was spotless and peaceful. The tv was broken but that was remedied straight away by Ali who brought us a new one. Great place to just relax and unwind. We didn't venture to the pub on site but drove 5mins to Lidl for supplies. We will definitely go again maybe when the sun is shining and venture out to explore the beautiful scenery.

Our second time staying here at this lovely rural location and will definitely be returning. A very friendly site and welcoming staff who go above and beyond. More importantly our accommodation was absolutely perfect spotlessly clean and very fresh, I think the staff who cleaned it were Matt + Jayne to a very high standard. We were in B9.

Just returned from a week's stay in a silver caravan with our three children and can't fault it. The caravan was fab, clean and spacious. The fridge freezer was great size compared to other caravans ive stayed which allowed for a full weeks shop which was great given the location is a little remote. The staff at reception, shop and bar were all lovely and really helpful. The phone call before arrival was a nice touch and we booked the site knowing there wouldnt be the usual on site swimming pool or entertainment. The location is very quiet but that's what we like. With no distractions we were able to go on hikes up various local hills, visit caves and Skipton all within easy driving distance. Free Internet is poor but we purchased the extra WiFi package which was worth the money for the kids computers after a full day hiking and they all loved the caravan and the local area if you take a short drive. I like to run and the lack of sidewalks to walk/run off site initially worried me but a 10 minute drive to barnoldswick provided ample pavements and trail runs on the door step (along with supermarkets) Would definitely return and recommend for a break away from usual routine 😀
