I own a van on this site. They are taking away amenities bit by bit. The pool is gone, the laundrette is gone, the playing field is gone. Water pressure was dwindling and now there is no running water. Don't visit or buy a van here. The above is the review that I placed a few days ago. I have since had a call from the owner of the site, which I really appreciate, although I was asked to take down the review I prefer to update it instead. He explained the plans for the park and I explained that the amenities were one of the reasons I chose the park in the first place. He did say we will get the launderette back but not the pool or the playing field which is a real shame, especially as I was assured we would have a revamped pool last April when I was sold the van, bit naughty that! I explained that maybe an update email letting owners know what is going on would have helped as it wouldn't have been such a shock turning up and everything being gone. BTW the water was back on in a few hours and the owner assured me it was an external issue out of there control. I do really enjoy my visits to the park and my home away from home and look forward to seeing more improvements. I just hope they don't take away the club and park. I will watch the improvements closely and who knows maybe update my review again, I'm only upgrading the review to a three star currently as I think there can be some improvements in communications to the owners as we don't all live on site all year round and this is still on the website: "Splash into leisure with our free indoor heated pool. For our youngest guests, we have a dedicated play park and spacious play field where they can let their energy go!" Watch this space.

We absolutely love being part of this caravan park, especially the clubhouse – it’s definitely the heart of the whole place. There’s always such a warm, friendly atmosphere, and it’s somewhere you can easily relax, have a laugh, and feel at home. The entertainment and events are great, and there’s always something going on to bring everyone together. The staff are lovely and really make an effort to make everyone feel welcome. It’s a brilliant little community, and the clubhouse is what makes it so special for us.

Absolutely amazing atmosphere and everyone is so friendly. Staff go above and beyond. Kim and her family have made this club house what it is today so well done. They also have amazing acts. Like last night Sam Murray. The people ask the people get....amazing and worth the 2hr round riad trip drive.
