We are on a road trip around Scotland and had only stayed one night at each stop until now; however, our time with Christian and Vicky was so peaceful and relaxing that we decided to stay an extra night. They are delightful, friendly, and attentive hosts who are a pleasure to chat with. The campsite is small, cozy, and very well-maintained. The toilets and shower are spotless and kept in great condition. The dishwashing area is set up like a small kitchen where you can even make yourself a cup of tea if you like. When you’re traveling with just a tent—keeping things simple, as we do—little details can make a big difference; for instance, there’s a room with leather sofas where you can get comfortable if the weather takes a turn for the worse. This lounge area has been thoughtfully designed, and you can buy chicken and duck eggs from their own farm using an honor-system payment box. I could write even more, but I don't want the length of this review to scare off potential readers. So, in closing, I can highly recommend booking a pitch or a spot for your tent—come and enjoy as many positive experiences here as we did.

This place is amazing. I did not want to leave, 5 good level pitches. The shower room and toilets were fab. The animals on park were my entertainment 3 pigs, 4 goats, chickens, ducks and 2 turkeys. A little walk into the nearby beach/harbour. This place is idyllic. I loved it. Dont not change a thing Little Croft is perfect. Well done.

This must be the best campsite on the NC500, all made so by Christian the owner. He's an absolute gentleman, genuine and down to earth. Anyone who stays must engage with him and hear the passion and love in his voice talking of his animals. I will be doing everything in my power to return again. Spent 5 nights and he's made me feel so welcome and at home. Not a campsite to pass by if touring. Thank you my friend. Big love, Davie

Amazing Campsite. One of the best we've stayed at while on the NC500. Owners are so so friendly. They've created something special at this site. The layout is great, in summer it would be so nice to sit out and watch the animals. The facilities are a great addition, radio while washing up and a small communal area is such a nice idea. Recommend the short walk to the bay for a sunset, stay just after it's gone down, the colours are unreal.
