Stayed for a two week period whilst working in the area. Lovely site, very peaceful and quiet just off a country road. Very pleasant owners. No toilet or shower facilities though, so ensure you have provision elsewhere here if planning to stay. Although taking this into consideration the £9.00 nightly charge plus electric is very reasonable!! Great place to sit,chat relax and just watch the world go by...

Lovely quiet small site, in beautiful rural setting. Very welcoming would recommend you visit , you do need to have your own toilet and wash facilities. Nice walk along country lane to local pub, restaurant and general store. Quaint village.🙂🥰

Mick at hilltop is prob the most friendliest person you can meet on a campsite , he has built and maintained this small quiet site for many years and often has only a few spaces due to people rebooking. We have used his site in total over the years of about 6 months all added together . Unfortunately we won’t be back as we moved to Spain , we miss the shooting too. Lovely village pubs a short walk away and food to die for . Karl and Tracey
