What visitors say
Plenty of space. But rather scruffy. I love the old sunken boats and the old earth moving kit. But others will see rubbish. Many of the caravans look rather neglected. It is a peisful site, but the main road goes over the site, so trafic noise is constant.

It's good for the price. When we arrived we realised that reception was closed and neither the normal or the emergency number was picking up. There is a lot of junk everywhere including old cars, tyres and lawnmowers etc. We had a good few days here although we were a 15 minute walk from the toilets. It's okay for a short stay and the surrounding area is really nice.

Very very run down, toilet and shower are a definite no no as disgusting, very dirty. Can be a little rowdy at times on site but able to pitxh where you want. The Proximity is perfect for pubs, food, paddle boarding, kayaking and walks.

Stayed for two nights. Toilets were smelly but relatively clean. The "Club House" looked run-down from the outside and said "Cash Only" on the door so we never went in. Didn't see a shower block and the chemical toilet disposal point was not near the toilet block, no signage [for one] either! I wouldn't bring a young family here. It's a shame because there are plenty of things to do nearby with good pubs, cafes, shops, takeaways and restaurants within walking distance.
