Stamford Caravan and Motorhome Club Site is a small campground in Fineshade, just outside Stamford. The site has showers on hand for guests. With limited pitch numbers, it tends toward the quieter end of the spectrum, making it a low-key base rather than a busy hub.

Fineshade Wood is virtually next door, offering woodland walks and space to stretch your legs. The Grounds Café at Fineshade is also just a few minutes away if you fancy a coffee without leaving the immediate area. There is a cycle centre at Fineshade Wood too, if you want to explore further afield on two wheels.

Spent 3 nights here, one parent with two young children in a motorhome. The site is well run, safe and friendly site. The manager couple immediately make you feel welcome and are proactive in their running of the site without being intrusive. Good facilities for water and waste. Extremely well located for nearby walks and cycle trails and much to offer on the doorstep. Many thanks.

Had a long weekend here with our touring caravan and it's a lovely site. Located in fine shade woods. The site is well kept but only has facilities for self contained RV, motorhomes, campervans and caravans. There are no shower blocks or toilets but they do have a bike and dog wash station that our two pups got to use. Not sure on how the site will be going forward as the caravan and motorhome club are not renewing the lease.

Stayed one night, nice site. Friendly staff. Well spaced out pitches. Expensive, when you consider no Toilets or Shower Blocks. Just Water, C.D.P. and Grey Waste. £17.44 per night. Nice walks nearby, but nothing else to do. We were going to spend a couple of nights, but to be honest we were quite bored. So we move on.

Enjoyed the hottest weekend this year at this lovely site. Plenty of pitches both grass and hard standing some with a bit of a slope. Lots of walks from site which we did in the evening when a bit cooler. Highly recommend.
