What visitors say
We recently stayed at Haven Cleethorpes and had an absolutely fantastic holiday. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make our family feel comfortable and included. What stood out most was how inclusive the park was for my SEN child. The team showed genuine understanding, patience, and kindness, helping to create an environment where my child felt safe, supported, and able to enjoy all the activities at their own pace. It was wonderful to see them building confidence and joining in without feeling overwhelmed. The park itself is well laid out, with accessible facilities and plenty of family-friendly activities to suit different needs and abilities. The entertainment team were especially brilliant, making sure every child felt valued and included. There was always something to do, whether it was swimming, outdoor play, or enjoying the evening entertainment. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing break. Most importantly, we were able to make special family memories without the stress that can sometimes come with travelling with a child who has additional needs. Thank you, Haven Cleethorpes, for providing such an inclusive and welcoming experience. We left with happy memories and are already looking forward to booking our next visit. I would highly recommend this holiday park to any family, especially those with children who have special educational needs.

I can't comment on the caravans, as I go in the touring section with my tent. The pitches are pretty good. Nice neat setup. And the touring staff are pleasant. However the rest of the staff are like most haven sights. Your mere presence is a inconvenience, even when you visit the shop they go through the normal pleasantries. The location for the site is good tho. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Overall would go again. My son had a good time.

I was in cleethorpes for 4 nights holiday with my family. But it was kind of a scum very disappointed customer. This is after paying over £900 to have the best caravan (Gold). The caravan was great but the location of the caravan was question as it was at the end of the caravan site where they was farming going on and the smale of the cow dung 💩 was to strong. It was one of the hottest days of the year and imagine you could not open the windows because of the smale. Another problem was the distance to the activities was around 20 minutes walk. This is the only area with Internet or phone signal so I could not do my online work or even order anything on line in my caravan, had to walk the 20 minutes to get Internet or phone signal in UK. I thought and felt like I was in the 3rd world back in the analogue media days. Another issue was my caravan washing machine was out of service so we did not do any washing after days out in the beach with 3 children. Please update people to come with Internet boosters or just tall your customers how poor you phone and Internet signals are. It was very frustrating I almost cancelled the holiday we had waited for an year. On the better side all STAFF were very professional, Kind, and down to earth

I have come here every year since being a teen and I’ve now started bringing my own little family. We have just had a lovely 6 nights here (we always leave the night before as it’s a lot cooler and we catch the train home with all our luggage , pram , child etc). Huge shoutout to the man who works in Nisa on site (I forgot to catch his name) who when we arrived on Monday reassured us and helped us off the bus showed us the stops and carried half of our extremely heavy luggage all the way up to arrivals before his shift. Such a lovely chat and your kindness went a long way , haven , give this man a rise!!!!!!!!! We will be returning next year with a family member who travels all the way down from Northern Ireland with her little one and I’m hoping to come back again before the end of season !! Do not read any of the negative reviews , you will have a really great holiday here !
