Torksey Caravan Park

We had already decided on the caravan layout & had viewed other vans. Torksey were excellent. They fetched the van from the other branch for us to view. It was immaculate. Tom & Will answered our questions. On collection a fault was showing on the control panel. Engineer fetched & said cleared & ok. Next day we drove to Yorkshire. Day 2 & 2 faults appeared. No hot water or heating. Trauma contacted. Sammy from Trauma service came Thursday & replaced the neocombi 4 boiler. Gave comprehensive instructions re boiler. You only need have water on for washing up etc 10 mins before needed then turn water heater off. Also turn off 10 mins before main switch off on other panel to allow time for pump, heater, boiler to cool down. Otherwise love the van & all service from Torksey

Really helpful, great service. They delivered the caravan on the date agreed. Delivered valeted, carpets in plastic wrapping. Excellent level of detail and pride taken in how the caravan arrived. Took time to demonstrate how everything worked on site. Even levelled the caravan before leaving. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from Torksey again. Thank you!

We recently sold our lovely caravan to Torksey Caravans and I was very impressed by the professionalism and speed that everything was handled. They asked about make model etc by text, I replied and received a fair offer straight away. When we had emptied the caravan I text them and they explained a gentleman would be out in two days to inspect it and take it away as soon as the immediate payment was shown in my bank account. I was a little worried that the actual amount wouldn’t be the same as the offer and phoned to ask about that, he explained that in the inspection they do pay particular attention to the blinds, the windows , damp and that the tyres mustn’t be older than five years. The only thing I wasn’t sure about was the tyres and yes, they were 6+ years so £60 per tyre was deducted. Other than that everything was fine , they did a bank transfer there and then and within 5 mins it was showing in my account. Then the very nice young man thanked me and took the van away. It was painless, smooth and all was explained before. I couldn’t fault them and would highly recommend them.

Very helpful and friendly sales staff. Excellent experience buying a caravan last week, already been out in it and off again next week! There's no stopping us now! great selection of kit in the shop as well.
