Can't recommend this place highly enough after our first visit today. So much to do, explore and learn. Our group of 5 and 3 year olds absolutely loved it!

We have been eagerly anticipating this visit and are truly disappointed that we did not go sooner, as we believe our experience would have been even more enjoyable when everything was still new and fresh. The overall concept is truly impressive; however, there are a few aspects that somewhat detract from the overall experience. On the first floor, the role-play areas are spacious and provide ample room for children to play, but each section appears to have very little remaining to engage with. This was, unfortunately, a significant disappointment. On the second floor, the art area features a charming magnet activity station where visitors can paint their own creations. There was an activity wall in this room but again no resources to play. The photo booth didn't work either. My little girl loved painting the big car 😀. There was a garden area to this part where there was a live activity to make your own snow and a mini foam party. This was a highlight for my little girl. Third floor was the science room. This room was full of lots of interesting activities but was let down by a number of ares not working. The science lab live show was fantastic. The final floor the slime lab. This activity was well set up and all children got to make there own slime to take away. The slime exploring room was a little run down. All aprons were stuck together and obviously hadn't been washed (we were the first session of the day) there was lots of little slime areas for children to explore. The food menu had a small selection of pizza paninnis and jacket potato. Adults had pizza and was lovely. The kids boxes were good value for money if all items were available to a child's dietary requirment the dessert option was a yoghurt or ice lolly which was a milk lolly. If the option had been rocket lolly. The box would have been great for our milk allergy child. We plan to go to the new imagine that in Wigan hoping the new set up will give us the true experiences that was missing from this one.

I can only comment from a school trip perspective as a parent helper but we had a fantastic day. So much to do with lots of different zones. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We watched a science show, made plenty of crafts, painted a car, and the imagination zone was very well resourced. Plenty of toilets throughout. Will most likely visit again as a family.

Took my children here in Easter half term with there cousins age range 3 to 11. On arrival parking spaces where very limited so we parked a short distance away and walked back. On arrival we were greeted right on time in a wonderful way where we were told what to expect throughout the visit and the kids where hyped up ready to play I must say the staff were brilliant, very enthusiastic and entertaining. Right through the place it's self was very clean and tidy. Great turn around from the staff on re setting each room the place/ staff are very organized. Great range of snacks and drinks available but Would not recommend the milkshakes they are £4.50 lack any flavor and ours were served warm but on a brighter not the coffee is delicious. There are so many fun activities to do through out the day and plenty of things to make and bring home with you. I really think the price of the day is worth every penny. so much fun everything was inclusive for SEN children infact some awesome sensory opportunities for SEN children. Wonderful day out.
