Llandrindod Hall Caravan and Campsite

Stunning views, flat pitches, spotlessly clean showers and toilets, wonderful campsite owners. Also in a fab location within walking distance to a small lake with ice reams, wildlife and boats to hire. Great kids park near the lake too. I would say this is great for couples and families. Price is very competitive. It's on my list to go back to when next visiting Wales.

Beautifuly laid out campsite, with lovely views, great walks from the campsite. The campsite was very clean and neat, everything was kept well. With lots of hook up points, however....... The major drawback and would stop us returning are the toilet and washing facilities. There are only two toilets and two showers, the toilets are both in the same room as the showers, so is someone is having a shower, it means you can't use the toilet. The campsite was quiet and we had to wait just to have a pee. The shower pressure in the main bathroom was pitiful, the shower in the 2nd bathroom was literally just cold water. It was a bank holiday with a two day minimum booking, this seemed unfair as the campsite was quiet with plenty of spaces. After paying £74 for two nights, We decided to only stay one night before moving on.

Lovely site with superb views and easy walking distance of Llandrindod town. Pam and her husband were very welcoming and friendly. Only things that let it down were only 2 bathrooms with showers and 2 portable toilets. More permanent toilets are needed along with another couple of showers. Also the toilet waste disposal area needs to be updated, as it is not safe to be lifting a man hole cover which someone could topple into by accident. If these things could be improved on then I would probably give a 5 star rating next time we visit!

Lovely small campsite, close to Llandrindod Wells. 2 good showers & toilets and even a bath in one room.. Great views.
