About Llanborth Farm

Tucked into the Ceredigion countryside near Llandysul, Llanborth Farm offers a peaceful rural retreat for those exploring this lesser-trodden corner of west Wales. The setting is genuinely tranquil, with rolling farmland all around and enough space to feel properly away from it all. It's a straightforward, no-frills kind of place—ideal if you're after simplicity rather than bells and whistles.

Worth noting that dogs aren't permitted here, so it's one for human-only camping trips. The lack of on-site facilities means you'll need to be relatively self-sufficient, but that's part of the charm for campers who value quiet over convenience.

Really liked the accomodation. Massive house, huge kitchen, all very clean and well kept. Two log fires. Would recommend.

Fly infestation - Wouldn’t recommend We stayed here in late December 2024. The house itself was lovely; Great location, good equipment, nice rooms, near beach etc. However when we stayed here there was a few hygiene related issues; the main one being an extremely serious fly infestation which according to the visitors book seems to have been present since early October 2024 and has not yet been resolved. Literally hundreds of flies in the upstairs bedrooms of the house had to be disposed of during our week long stay at the house. We wouldn’t stay here again until we were confident the fly problem had been resolved.

Great location and a choice of walks to the beach either by road or through the woods. Heat pump provided at farm house worked well for the central heating but did limit the number of hot showers in the morning to three. Very well equipped with a lot of attention to detail.

Beautiful house, cleanliness not up to standard. Full of dog hair. Great walk to a really nice beach.
