Stunning location with easy access to Offa's Dyke path walks & hikes. Fire pit hire was fantastic (honesty box works well) & we had a lovely evening sitting by the fire, looking at the river. Facilities are practical and clean & there was enough fridge space.

One of the best settings we’ve camped in. Peaceful with beautiful views and a laid back vibe. Fantastic for birds too - dipper, kingfisher, sand martins, swifts and swallows. The river is beautiful, crystal clear and perfect for paddling in during the heatwave! Being so close to Knighton was very handy and it’s a lovely walk too. On site cafe trailer sells delicious ice cream among other things and is very reasonably priced. Didn’t apply to us but the site also has a dog park and back packers accommodation - this campsite offers a lot. We will definitely be back. The only downside we found was the facility block. During busy periods you can be waiting to use the loo for some time. Three cubicles, urinals and three (good sized) showers all under the same roof. Can easily see why they might have chosen not to expand as it looks like just a team of two - who also looked to be working exceptionally hard, especially in the heat! I’d probably recommend for campers to bring a Whizzer or similar. Can’t wait to return. 😄🐦‍⬛

This is a very nice site, lovely welcome very clean facilities. It’s Park where you like and there are three areas to choose from. There is however a railway line running through the site which has a train about once every 90 minutes until about 9 o’clock at night and then from about 530 in the morning. However, it’s only a two carriage train, and it’s not really disturbing. There is a river which is great if you’ve got a dog and it’s a very short walk into town or up onto the Dyke. Offers Dyke path runs through the campsite. There’s very little in town but you can get provisions from either Costco Premier or the co-op. The co-op was one of the most peculiar ones I’ve ever met. It seems to go on for miles and sells anything you could probably ever want. Very nice sleep I would not hesitate to return and recommending it to others. Thank you for the stay.

A fantastic camping/van site close to Knighton. Clean, smart facilities, a food van, communal fridge, showers and water. Lots of space to find your own pitch and set up camp. There's a stream running through the site so great for paddling and playing. Only a 15min walk to the towns pubs following the stream and running through woods. We'll be back very soon.
