Gary met us right on time at St. Pancras International after we arrived from Paris on the Eurostar and immediately made us feel welcome. From the very beginning, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He shared fascinating stories and historical facts about London’s iconic landmarks, bringing the city’s rich history to life in a way we never could have experienced on our own. He was incredibly flexible with our itinerary and happily adjusted the schedule to fit everything we wanted to see. One of the things we appreciated most was how patient and accommodating he was. He dropped us off right at each attraction and was always there to pick us up as soon as we were ready, even when parking was difficult. This made sightseeing effortless and completely stress-free. Gary was especially kind to my 10-year-old daughter, Rosie, making her feel welcome and engaged throughout the tour. He also had a fantastic eye for photography and knew exactly where to stop for the best photo opportunities, helping us capture memories we’ll treasure forever. He even took us to Harrods as we requested and made sure we arrived at the London Eye with plenty of time before our scheduled entry. At the end of the day, he dropped us back at St. Pancras International with plenty of time before our Eurostar train departed for Paris, making the entire experience seamless from start to finish.
