Very educational... No heavy back packs to carry round just headsets.. Unbelievable life like and the story you follow is easily explained.. Great day for the family..

The experience itself is worth maybe 4 stars. Very fun and enjoyable experience with family or friends. It's a shame that the same can't be said for some of the staff members though unfortunately. We went on 2 separate occasions - the first time was a couple of months ago and everything was superb, from the staff to the experience! It was a wonderful experience, especially for the first time. If I were to give a review then, it would've been 4 to possibly 5 stars. This time, we went for a second time and excitedly brought other family members who were travelling from far to join us. The staff at reception, 'Joe' (not sure how he chooses to spell his name but here you go), was incredibly rude to us, passive-aggressive, unsympathetic and responding very sarcastically to our questions - not sure where his attitude was coming from or for what reasons, considering he didn't even do a good job with the briefing, to make the experience more exciting or welcoming, as the staff did the first time we had visited (clearly the previous staff we encountered did a really wonderful job for us to come back!) This time, we went into the experience unexcited due to Joe's behaviour towards us, and although the staff inside and the experience itself was great, Joe definitely left a bitter taste - we are not likely to go back despite really enjoying the experience itself if people like Joe are still working there, especially at the front desk which counts the most before you go in! Shame that I've had to post a 1-star review for an otherwise wonderful experience. Says a lot about his behaviour, really. Maybe he should be trained more thoroughly or better yet, not be placed somewhere he has to interact with a lot of people, as he really did not do a great job or make us feel welcome at all. What a shame for an otherwise nice VR experience.

Didn't know what to expect. Not a great fan of animations but my grandson loves dinosaurs so ... Absolutely brilliant and he loved it. We had to go back for a second time and would have gone a third if we could

This was splendid!!!!! It was my first VR experience and I loved it. It was so real and interesting. I wish I attended with friends. I was too excited and just wanted to share it with someone who experienced it too. I recommend going with family or friends.
