What diners say
We had a wonderful dining experience from start to finish. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. A special thank you to Chandan for the exceptional service. She was attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit. We will definitely be coming back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Kensington Hotel in London. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff — every interaction felt warm, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful. The front desk team was incredibly kind and helpful, and the concierge went above and beyond with recommendations and assistance throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the afternoon tea experience, which was elegant, relaxing, and beautifully done. It felt like such a special part of our trip. Our waitress Fernanda was exquisite for our traditional English breakfast, Rasa was so detailed and attentive during our tea, and Vlada was kind enough to remember my name from one interaction. Each one was absolutely wonderful and monumental in our experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, but it’s the level of hospitality that really sets it apart. We felt taken care of at every turn and would absolutely stay here again. Can’t wait to come back!

The Kensington High Tea was wonderful and relaxing. All of the offerings were delicious and a work of art. The service was remarkable and we really enjoyed having Rasa as one of our servers. What a memorable afternoon break from the hot sun of summertime in London.

My go-to restaurant whenever I'm in the area to see an exhibition nearby. Great ambience, delicious food, lovely service. Most recently I had the afternoon tea experience with a friend (whom I haven't seen for 10 years!). Anghelina provided friendly service and offered to help us take a photo together. Will be back again soon.
