Midlands Roller Arena

We had a brilliant time at Midlands Roller Arena! It is a fantastic facility with a great rink and plenty of fun activities to keep everyone entertained. The atmosphere is energetic and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for families. The highlight of our visit was the 1-2-1 sessions my daughter had with Amy. I cannot recommend these sessions enough for new learners. Amy was absolutely wonderful—she was patient, encouraging, and incredibly skilled. She helped my daughter find her balance on the wheels and built her confidence up so quickly. If you have a child who is just starting out or feeling a bit nervous, definitely ask for Amy. Watching my daughter go from hesitant to rolling confidently was amazing. We will definitely be back for more!

My 6-year-old daughter attended the three-day Skate School, and I honestly can't recommend it highly enough. She had the absolute best time! She skated for an hour each morning over the three days, starting in the beginners group before progressing to the intermediate group by day two. It was amazing to see how much her confidence and ability grew in such a short time. She even enjoyed it so much that we stayed for lunch one day so she could join the public skate afterwards. The final day was a lovely way to finish, with a certificate presentation and a fun little disco that all the children loved. The girls running the sessions were fantastic—so friendly, patient and encouraging. They were brilliant at helping the children believe in themselves and giving them the confidence to keep trying. Their enthusiasm really made the experience special. A special mention for my son too. He'd recently had a nasty fall while skating and was too nervous to join in at first. Thanks to the kindness and encouragement from the staff, he eventually put on some skates and had a little go. It was wonderful to see his confidence starting to come back. Thank you to everyone at Midland Roller Arena for such a fantastic few days. We'll definitely be back!

This place gives us some of the most fun family days out! We just find it an absolute vibe! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking is easy. This place unfortunately can't get 5 stars even though I highly rate the roller rink because the food is such low quality processed stuff, it would really top the day off to buy a real pizza or a proper juicer bacon cheese burger instead of what's provided.

Great place . If a party is on you will have to wait . Guy with the beard who owns it I think needs to smile more and relax, as felt unwanted the way he spoke n looked and acted. But once there was ok 👍
