About Bedford Hotel
For couples or friends after a calm, adults-only stay by the coast, Bedford Hotel offers a straightforward base on Clifton Drive South in Lytham St Annes, close to the seafront and the town's other attractions. It suits travellers who want to park up and forget about their car, with free on-site parking included, and who fancy exploring the Lancashire coast without the distraction of families in tow.
Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, drinks and room service, so there's little need to leave if you'd rather not. Downstairs there's a restaurant and bar, breakfast each morning, and packed lunches for days out, while a lift, laundry service and luggage storage take care of the practical side of things. A small gym and meeting rooms are also on-site, useful for anyone combining leisure with work.
Outdoor seating gives a spot to sit with a drink, and the surrounding area caters well to those who like to keep active or explore: golf, fishing, cycling and walking routes are all nearby, along with watersports, pubs, restaurants and entertainment. It's a fair fit for a relaxed seaside break rather than a lavish one.
