What a brilliant find this lovely CL was! So close to the stunning sandy beaches between Mablethorpe and Sutton. Once parked up you feel you are in a pretty orchard with silence and peace your only neighbours along with the occasional duck! We loved the fact you were just a mile from the busier town of Mablethorpe with all you need for fun filled beach holiday and a mile from sleepy Sutton by the Sea where time has stood still. You can walk easily along the promenade to either town where excellent cafes and restaurants can be found. The owners are the nicest and a warm welcome awaits. Dog owners and their pooches will never want to leave! Doggy beach paradise right on your caravan/motorhome's doorstep! Needless to say we highly recommend this CL and like 'Arnie' we will be back...

Can honestly say I’m so glad we found this absolute gem of a site! A last minute getaway at the end of half term and it was perfect! Close to the beach, quiet but close to everything we needed only a walk or drive away. Owner was so lovely, made us feel so welcome and relaxed, nothing was too much trouble. Dog friendly too…Milo and Skye can’t wait to come back again. Thank you xx

We've just had a restful and relaxing 4 nights in Old Garth Cottage. We arrived to find the key in the door and the heating on which made for a lovely warm and thoughtful welcome. The cottage is very well equipped and had everything we needed to hunker down comfortably when the weather was too wet and windy to spend long outdoors. We love the unique ambience of the Breakwater grounds and location, having stayed in Woodbine Cottage and also many times on the cl site. Tim and Dee work hard to make it very special.

Had a lovely few days away with my three dogs in Woodbine cottage. Everything you need is there and nothing is too much trouble. A good sized enclosed garden. The big plus for me is not having to put the dogs in the car to get tothe beach which we often had to ourselves. I will be back.
