What visitors say
Me and my Sister came in my motorhome for 3 nights. We had never used it before just us two. It was so easy. Lovely staff. We couldn’t start it on leaving but a lovely site man who had walked his dog said he would come with a jump pack at 9:15. However we managed to get it going. So kind of him. Spotless facilities. And pizza van on Friday night was delicious. Thankyou we will return.

It's a good campsite and we use it regularly. Good points, its 5-10 minutes walk into Southport. The site it usually nice and quiet day and night time and the site is well kept. The bad points, the showers are clean but the water could be hotter. The site wardens work hard but are too regimental and must of worked at Stalag 13. The prices!... where do they think paying £40+ for a patch of gravel is good value for money? Even though we have visited many times, I think its time to find somewhere with better value for money.

Nice clean site. Don't select pitch 13 as it is riddled with ants. Campsite are not allowed to deploy any pesticides to deal with them. Google map gets the entrance to the site wrong and hardly any signage. Facilities and staff very good. Road noise from field 2 (upper field) is next to a busy roundabout and to be avoided if you like peace and quiet.

Thank you for a lovely stay we shall be back! Campsite was spotless, loved it here and so close to the town centre .. only one down side that a couple had twins that were so badly behaved climbing into the other campsite then climbing behind our van setting my dogs off!.which then set other dogs off… and we were woken frequently with the children up till late and crying very early morning … but that said we had a lovely time very friendly wardens always busy!
