Southport Holiday Park

Quite a small park, not very much to do, but good for the little ones with swings, football/basketball court and an outdoor splash area. No 'shows' on a night, but have kids disco and odd activity for kids around tea time with adult time occasionally with Bingo and Karaoke. Staff friendly and areas clean. Still pretty good.

We are currently staying in one of the new S Pods with a hot tub. When we booked, the photos used by the park showed outdoor seating, which was one of the reasons we chose this accommodation. I now understand these images were for illustration purposes and that the pods can differ in reality. After noticing there was no outdoor furniture, we rang reception and were told they are still waiting for delivery and that there was nothing they could do in the meantime. While the staff were polite, it would have been helpful for the listing to reflect this so guests know what to expect before arriving. If there had been seating on the decking, especially in the hot weather we would have given it 5 stars as the pods themselves are very well designed and you have everything you need for your stay.

We regularly use this site. We use it as a base to visit family. We are always really pleased with the standard of the accommodation. On our last visit we were in a brand new caravan. It was beautiful and very much appreciated. The site is well maintained. We enjoy the bar/restaurant. Attentive staff and amazing pizzas and meal offers. We try and take part in their quiz and bingo nights. Always great fun, always made to feel welcome, these nights are great family fun nights. We've already booked our next 2 visits.

Recently spent a week here with husband and kids to visit family in the area. The caravan was very comfortable and clean, customer services were very friendly and efficient, and the kids loved the pool. Definitely recommend staying here.
