What visitors say
We had a good time here! We started off with bowling, it was a very easy to understand system, just like any other bowling alley really. They had the ramps, places to sit, music, etc. The bowling was on the bottom floor, alongside part of the arcade. The second floor occupied the rest of the arcade, as well as a mini golf course and the go karting track which ran around the perimeter of the building. You could order food using "points" on your card, they had a good range of food/drinks that you could order. Overall very good!

Always lots of fun & really good value! The staff are all great but an especially big thank you to Charlie who is always so friendly & helpful & will go out of his way to make sure the kids have a good time. And Ben the manager who was very kind when my daughter’s friend fell over & injured her face today. These 2 are an absolute credit to you 👏🏼

I would put a zero star if I could. Came here for a birthday before went for food. Came 2 hours before the food place opened and literally within 30min spent 80 quid on the games. What happened to old school arcades and penny machines. I like to concept of the card and putting the money on that instead of needing change but having games using stupid amount of credits like 8.6 credits or 9 credits and there was one 15 credits. Then you get your prize from a vending machine not even a shop and it goes 300-500 then nothing from 500 to 3000 so if you manage to get 2500 points you cant even get a prize. I do not recommend this place. Hardly any machines to go on and FAR to expensive. Go to the arcades at Hartlepool beach you will have a much better experience have more fun spend more time and actually walk away with money still. 👎

i went here with a couple of my friends about a week ago, most of the staff were nice and the facilities were… meh, but one tall male member of staff (probably a manager judging by age) was making me and my friends feel uncomfortable. he offered us drinks and kept asking oddly personal questions that felt inappropriate. we ended up leaving before we got to do everything due to this. the prices are a bit steep for what you actually get, and the staff are constantly begging you to leave good reviews which is annoying.
